My Theme song-LOVE OF MY LIFE

If someone asked me what my life's theme song would be, it would be this song...LOVE OF MY LIFE sung byJim Brickman & Michael W.Smith. This song is the story of my life..

LOVE OF MY LIFE

I am amazed
When i look at you
I see you smiling back at me
It's like all my dreams come true

I am afraid
If i lost you girl
I'd fall through the cracks
And lose me track in this crazy lonely world

Sometimes it's so hard to believe
When the nights can be so long
And gave me the strength
And kept me holding on

Chorus
You are the love of my life
And I'm so glad you found me
You are the love of my life
Baby put your arms around me
I guess this is how it feels
When you finally find something real
My angel in the night
You are my love
The love of my life

Now here you are
With midnight closing in
You take my hand as our shadows dance
With moonlite on you skin

I look in your eyes
I'm lost inside your kiss
I think if i'd never met you
About all the things i'd missed

sometimes it's so hard to believe
when a love can be so strong
and faith gave me the strength
and kept me holding on

You are the love of my life
And I'm so glad you found me
You are the love of my life
Baby put your arms around me
I guess this is how it feels
When you finally find something real
My angel in the night
You are my love
The love of my life

Dedicated to my beloved husband..Adrian DDT

My husband, my husband,
Your touch is as soft as a feather
And as hard as stone.

My husband, my husband,
Your word can be as soft as
A dove and calming in the wind.

My husband, my husband,
My lover my life,
My friend, my world.....

Detecting ovulation (Info-Pregnancy.com)

Detecting ovulation

What is ovulation?

Ovulation is when an egg (and, occasionally, more than one egg) is released from the ovary, and it's the fertile time of your menstrual cycle. Each month, an egg matures inside your ovary. Once it reaches a certain size, the egg is released from the ovary and is swept into the fallopian tube toward the uterus. Which ovary releases the egg is fairly arbitrary. Ovulation does not necessarily rotate between ovaries each cycle.

How does ovulation determine when I can get pregnant?

To be fruitful and multiply, you must have sexual intercourse during the period spanning one to two days before ovulation to about 24 hours afterward. The reason: Sperm cells can live for two or three days, but an egg survives no more than 24 hours after ovulation — unless, of course, fertilization occurs.

If you have sex near the time of ovulation, you'll increase your chances of getting pregnant. And you'll be happy to know that the odds are with you: In normally fertile couples, there is a 20 percent chance of getting pregnant each cycle. About 85 percent of women who have sex without using birth control will get pregnant within one year. You can try to boost your likelihood of getting pregnant by learning to pinpoint exactly when you ovulate and by familiarizing yourself with the cyclic hormonal and physical changes that take place in your body each month. You can also use this knowledge to attempt birth control by avoiding intercourse near the time of ovulation. However, this is not the best form of birth control and it can easily fail.

How can I tell when I'm ovulating and most fertile?

Figure out when your next period is due to begin and count back 12 to 16 days. This will give you a range of days when you will probably be ovulating. For women with a 28-day cycle, the 14th day is often the day of ovulation. To use this method, you must know how long your cycle usually lasts. Try BabyCenter's ovulation calculator if you want us to do the math for you.

The best way to determine your most fertile time, though, is to pay attention to your body and learn to spot the signs that ovulation is imminent.

Change in cervical mucus

As your cycle progresses, your cervical mucus increases in volume and changes texture. The changes reflect your body's rising levels of estrogen. You are considered most fertile when the mucus becomes clear, slippery, and stretchy. Many women compare mucus at this stage to raw egg whites.

Normally the mucous is a protective barrier, but during the most fertile time of your cycle, it allows sperm to get through the cervix, up to the uterus, and then to the fallopian tubes for a rendezvous with your egg.

A rise in body temperature
Following ovulation, your temperature can increase by 0.4 to 1.0 degrees. You won't feel the shift, but you can detect it by using a basal body temperature (BBT) thermometer. This temperature spike indicates that you've ovulated, because releasing an egg stimulates the production of the hormone progesterone, which raises body temperature.

You're most fertile in the two or three days before your temperature hits its high point. A few experts think you may have an additional 12- to 24-hour window of fertility after you first notice the temperature creep up, but most say that at that point, it's too late to make a baby.

"It can take one to two days after ovulation for progesterone to build up enough to raise your body temperature. But since the egg can only survive for about 24 hours, at that point, it's too late for fertilization," says Tracy Telles, an ob-gyn at the Permanente Medical Group in Walnut Creek, California. That's why experts recommend that you chart your temperature by taking it each morning for a few months to detect a pattern and pinpoint your likely ovulatory date. Then you can plan to have sex during the two to three days preceding the day your temperature normally rises.

Lower abdominal discomfort
About one-fifth of women actually feel ovulatory activity, which can range from mild achiness to twinges of pain. The condition, called mittelschmerz, may last a few minutes to a few hours.

How do ovulation predictor kits work?

Available at drugstores and grocery stores without a prescription, ovulation predictor kits detect the surge in luteinizing hormone (LH) in your urine just before ovulation. They're easier to use and often more accurate than the BBT method, and they can predict ovulation 12 to 36 hours in advance and help you maximize your chance of conception the very first month you use them.

But they're not foolproof. Rarely, they can measure LH (you get either a positive or a negative result, not a number), but can't indicate whether you ovulate after a positive response; LH can surge with or without the release of an egg. False LH surges can also take place before the real one.

For maximum accuracy, follow the kit's directions to the letter. However, if the instructions say to test your first urine of the day, you may want to test your second catch instead. Your urine can become concentrated overnight and might give you a false-positive result.

Your cycle starts on the first day you have your period. If you have a 28-day cycle, start using the test on day 11 and use it for six days, or however many days the manufacturer recommends. If your cycle runs between 27 and 34 days, your ovulation may range between days 13 and 20. Start testing on day 11 and continue until day 20 or so. If you have an irregular cycle, you may find that this is the least satisfying way for you to detect your ovulation, because some of the kits — which range in price from $20 to $50 — provide only five to nine days' worth of tests. You may need to buy more than one kit a month.

My Life as a wife II

LOVE is exciting!

LOVE brings joy and happiness!

LOVE is the only food for our souls and bliss for our hearts!

Dear Diary..
Yesterday I feel so sad and upset with myself….
My cousin texting me yesterday to tell me that she is pregnant…Congratulations Elizabeth and Hillarius! They are going to be such great parents….
I have to admit that I cried when she told me she was pregnant. I always do that. I’m just so happy that my cousin is gonna be a mom. I know how much she wants this. But I also cried out of pity for me, I think. I’m not really sure what I was feeling. I, too, desperately want to have a baby and I can’t wait for that to happen. I have to wait, though, because God is not ready for me and my hubby to be parents. I must ask for patience. Manalah tau kan kalau bukan bulan ni..bulan depan(psiko diri sendiri untuk senangkan hati..)

My Life as a wife...

My life begun as a wife on 10 jan 2009...I have the best husband in the world..I know that he loves me more than anything and that he love, care, protect and cherish me for as long as God allows. I can't thank God enough for him..i love him very much....

You know, everyone told us that the first year would be the hardest. If that is true, then we must have a pretty awesome life in store for us because our first year was a breeze! (belum sampai setahun pun,tp x lama lagi cukup setahun daa) We’ve loved every bit of it. We’ve never had a major fight (some disagreements, yes, but no real fights), and we just can’t seem to get enough of each other! I am so happy with this guy....I appreciate every minute of it.....I’m so proud to be his wife...(huhuu air mata bergenang tatkala sa menulis blog ni...mgkin terlalu gembira..heheheheh soot kan)..

Just like the other couple...selepas kawin mesti ada baby..tapi we decide to wait until one of his friend told him that 'jangan tunggu lama2 sebab bukan senang mau dpt baby'....waaa 6 bulan after we married barulah planning to have a baby...hrmmm..belum lg ada baby sdh tersa nervous..apa lg kalo sdh preggy..huhuhu sa x dpt imagine how is gonna be...but now i can't wait for that to happen...i have to wait, though, because God is not ready for us to be parents.. I must ask for patience.Maybe in another month or two I will be pregnant. I began using my ovulation sticks.. .Hopefully they will help us out.

I am so exhausted..i have felt exhausted for the past of two weeks....i didn't care about it..mungkin pasal tgk pc 8 jam sehari yg buat sa penat 2...yesterday i went home and took a nap, but today i decided that it is finally time to actively try to lose some weight....my weight before and after i married...hrrmm bulih lah tahan badan ni membesar...before =39/40 kg

And when the clock turns to 4.30pm..buummm it's time to go home...I had my breakfast alone today..coz my beloved hubby OST today..hmmm i didn't finish my breakfast..biasanya hubby yang tolong habiskan....
